Undergraduate Students

Course Website Problems
D2L problems should be directed to the Help for Students portion of the UA's D2L website.
All other course website problems should be directed to your instructor(s).
Lab Computers
Contact the lab manager responsible for the lab.
Personal Copmuters
Undergraduate students should contact the Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR) for all problems with their personal computers.

Graduate Students

Rotating Students
Grad students in either the CBA or BMCB programs may contact OSCR or submit a trouble ticket for any problems they encounter.
Grad Students in other programs are ensouraged to use OSCR, or to contact their program advisor for additional information on support services that are available.
Students with Faculty Advisors
Grad students with faculty having appointments in MCB, CBA, or MCDB may contact OSCR or submit a trouble ticket.
Grad students with faculty having appointments in other departments should contact OSCR, or their deparments' technical support personel.

Faculty & Staff

Website Problems
D2L problems should be directed to the Help for Instructors portion of the UA's D2L website.
Problems with websites starting with "blc.arizona.edu", "mcb.arizona.edu", "mcdb.arizona.edu", or "biology.arizona.edu" should be reported through our trouble ticket system.
General Computing
MCB and CBA Faculty and Staff with computing problems should submit a trouble ticket.
All other Faculty and Staff should contact their department's technical support personel
